Raj, I have no idea what "lack of wholeness of life" means, but that is actually quite an interesting take you have on astrology. I assume that your argument is that the daily grind of having to make mundane decisions is part of the problem, so one should let astrology take these decisions, and the stress of decision making would disappear. I agree that there appears to be a certain psychological appeal to that argument.

But, once you have asked yourself a question, and you need a yes/no answer (i.e. "Should I quit my job and start a startup next month?") then maybe astrology might force you into a decision without having to stress over it. And if the answer forces you out of your comfort zone (into the valley, so to speak), and if you believe in astrology enough that you will dive headlong into it, then there is some value to it. In fact, I know people who have taken major and non-intuitive career decisions based on astrology, and then succeeded by sheer dint of determination.

However, I think many people wouldn't even ask the question. That part needs work.

(I am so proud of myself for having thought of positive aspects of this issue, instead of going into an anti-astrology rant. Also, anybody reading this comment should check out my adventures in numerology. The post in question continues to get more comments than my main blog, in spite of the fact that it was almost an year ago, and I've stopped responding. Oh well.

It is the lack of wholeness of life perhaps that often makes us successful in narrow sense. it is not school or education but the experience of the daily world and its decision making demands that returns to normalcy.
